Allow me to introduce you!

A visit to the Little Vintage Lover Fair at Blakeney as promised! You've seen my bits before and here are some of them, all laid out in a slightly chaotic way!
Mingled inbetween are a few vintage goodies - a fair is always a good opportunity to have a de-stash and hubby likes to see me circulate my goodies from time to time! The beautiful boy, on the other hand, declares undying love for everything as I pack so I never manage to bring half what I had intended!
Do you spy those little shoes? I have a few pairs of those so we get to keep a pair. I bought a whole box of little leather shoes when the boy was born still in the original factory box. They were so cute, I was hormonal, what can I say? But now I have made little bags and I am selling some of them so that babies get to wear them!
The Bun brooches went into the cake stand... of course!
And that's enough of me! You want to meet some new faces!
Well, lucky lucky me, the fair organisers put me next to lovely Lisa of BoboBun! We have spoken on the phone as we are both in Norfolk but this was the first time we have met properly. And we certainly made the most of the opportunity to chat! We promptly set up camp adding extra tables and bunting to our little corner of the hall! And just look at the temptation I was under.... all day! Such lovely things on the Bobo Bun Stall....
I love the little treasure bags for buttons and bits...
and I had to bring this pin cushion home, I am in love with this fabric!
And the beautiful boy fell in love with Lisa's seaside donkey's so he chose Milly who is now very happy living in his room with his puppy, barmy bunny, retro owl.... quite a collection going on!
My favourite button seller, Diane, was there. I have been buying buttons from Diane for almost a decade. She doesn't have a website but attends fairs all over Norfolk. But she loves me best so don't go trying to get my buttons or I'll cry!
I have wanted to meet Fi since seeing her beautiful things at Big Blue Sky Gallery where she is also a supplier.
I am going to have to get the beautiful boy one of her owls (shhh) but truly I wish I had a little girl so that I could buy one of her beautiful dresses which she makes using vintage fabric. Take a look at her site - if you have a little girl I am sure you will be smitten - although she does make grown up sizes....
Yet more temptation to my left! Tracy and Craig, seasoned vintage sellers who attend regular markets in Norwich with all their amazing things as well as selling through Etsy. More info on their blog Faded Splendour.
Tracy also makes lots of beautiful clothes too. My faves were these skirts using vintage aprons! Some of these were modelled by the beautiful daughter of a fellow blogger who came to visit. It was lovely to meet you Zoe and Sophie!
I had my eye on two cushions but I wasn't quick enough and they had vanished by the time I popped over to take these pictures.
All together a lovely day in great company. The the next Little Vintage Lover Fair is on Sunday the 2nd of August in the beautiful village of Heydon. I'll be there 10 -4 and would love to meet you if you can come along.
After we had packed up we popped to the Albatross for supper before driving home.
The perfect end to a great day! Hope all your weeks have got off to a good start. t.xx (you can see by the time we left ship the tide was in - the gangplank is a bit of a giveaway! x)

The fair looks fab, especially your stall. I'm doing a fair on Sunday and as it's been over a year since I last did one I'm having to get my head around the presentation thing again. Looking at your stall I realise I definitely need some added height. Glad you had a good day.
Your stall looks lovely - very tempting goodies!
Glad to hear you had a good day!

I'm so sorry it took so long to come back and say you're welcome. Blogger has been awful lately and I am getting error messages everywhere.

Anyway, I love your stall! So much cuteness :)

Have a great week!

Looks like we all missed a treat! Though I probably wouldn't have many pennies left at all if I'd gone!

Everything looks so lovely, we have missed a fantastic fair by the looks of everything....it looks much nicer than being in a black box studio all day like I was...I see little enough daylight as it is...

Oh, how I wish I could hop across the Pond and attend some of these fairs.

That very first photo with the sunlight shining through the window on your beautifully colored stand just grabbed my attention.

I would also love to meet that button lady.

There is nothing, nothing like these fairs in New York.

Best wishes.

Timing is everything!
We were in Blakeney, well, Cley, at the end of last month..so bad timing.
Now if you don't make that pink shell on the china in the post before last into embroidery then I will be compelled to do it. I just had a look and thought..OOh that would make a good embroidery, then I read the post.....

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Maybe a lovely union jack pillow would have helped me too. As it is I am much better unfortunately without any of those beautiful things.
